Equal Opportunity Policy

1. Purpose:

  • b) Address complaints of discrimination promptly and fairly.

Employees:

  • a) Treat colleagues with respect and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
  • b) Report any incidents of discrimination or unfair treatment to the HR Department.

6. Key Provisions:

  • a) Unconscious Bias Training: Employees and managers will undergo training to identify and mitigate unconscious biases in decision-making.
  • b) Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: Any employee found guilty of discriminatory behavior will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
  • c) Regular Audits: Periodic audits of recruitment, promotions, and pay practices will be conducted to ensure compliance with this policy.

7. Monitoring and Reporting:

  • a) The HR Department will maintain records of recruitment and promotion decisions to monitor diversity metrics.

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices. Amendments will be approved by the Board of Directors.
